A 19-year-old Three Rivers man was involved in a single-vehicle accident late last week in Constantine Township.
St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department deputies were called at 4 a.m. Friday to North River Road, near Nerman Road, regarding a rollover accident.
Deputies said Dacoda Jacobs was ejected from the vehicle he was driving. A passenger, 19-year-old Nicholas Baldwin of Three Rivers, was also injured.
Both men were transported to Bronson Hospital.
Investigators said speed was a factor, though alcohol was not. In addition, it was determined that Jacobs was not wearing a seatbelt, though Baldwin was, according to authorities.
