Delores Niblock, 83

Delores A. Niblock, 83, of Mottville Township, White Pigeon, passed away Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017, at Center for Hospice Care in Elkhart, following an extended illness.
She was born March 13, 1934, in White Pigeon, a daughter of Lawrence and Mabel (Rainier) Bratton.
She had been a resident of White Pigeon the past 25 years, coming from Barryton. She was a homemaker and member of Mottville Bible Church. She enjoyed golf, traveling, cleaning, her pets and, most of all, time with her family.
She was married to Richard R. Black, who preceded her in death. On Oct. 10, 1992, she married Chester H. Niblock at Mottville Bible Church. He survives, along with children Connie (Craig) Hochstetler of Sierra Vista, Ariz., John Black of St. Johns, Doug (Louise) Black of White Pigeon, Jeanne (Gary) Farina of Howell and Sonja Black of Howell; stepchildren Debra (Frank) Butler of Maumee, Ohio, and Gary M. (Carolyn) Niblock, Richard R. (Jackie) Niblock and Steven L. (Barbara) Niblock, all of White Pigeon; 39 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a brother, Larry (Lois) Bratton of Bristol, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband; and two sisters, Harriet Barnes and Mary Lou Niblock.
Visitation was from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon. Services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017, at Mottville Bible Church, with Pastor Mike Bender officiating. Interment at White Pigeon Township Cemetery. Donations may be directed to Mottville Bible Church.
