The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department is seeking charges against three people for drug-related offenses.
The incident stems from a search warrant executed Oct. 4 at a residence on East Main Street in the village of Burr Oak. The search was the result of an earlier traffic stop during which a 53-year-old Burr Oak man was charged with possession of narcotics.
Information gathered from the suspect provided probable cause that the East Main Street residence was the location of sales of controlled substances.
As a result of the search, deputies are seeking charges against a 41-year-old woman and two men, ages 30 and 18 years.
