State police investigate car theft

State police investigators are seeking an 18-year-old man as a person of interest in the theft of a car last week from a Park Township location.

According to a department media release, troopers responded to a business in the 18000 block of Moorepark Road after the disappearance of a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The silver, two-door vehicle was stolen between 8 a.m. and noon Thursday.

It features a temporary registration from Indiana and a black scuff mark along its side.

Troopers are asking the public’s assistance regarding a person of interest, Troy Lee Brockhaus.
