Sturgis Hospital Associates named JoAnn Alleshouse, MSW, as the Associate of the Quarter for the 3rd Quarter 2017.
Alleshouse has been an employee of Sturgis Hospital for over 21 years as a Social Worker in Home Health & Hospice. She was nominated by Barb Laws who says, “JoAnn has always been the “under the radar” department associate that provides a lasting, lifelong impression on every patient and caregiver she serves. She offers comfort, direction, solutions and community contacts to those in need or distress. She guides Hospice patients and caregivers through the maze of legal, regulatory and personal matters that they so desperately need during a very emotional and devastating period. What’s more she is a great ambassador in the community for Sturgis Hospital as well as Home Health & Hospice.
This honor is given to a Sturgis Hospital associate who provides superior customer service and exemplifies a dedication to serve others in and out of the organization. The recipient of the award is given an award certificate and a $50 in Chamber Dollars, along with a designated preferred parking spot for the next quarter.
