Faye R. Bohm, age 72, of rural Centreville, went home to be with her Savior on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017. She was born in Mendon on Nov. 10, 1945 the daughter of H. Evart and Mary (Killinger) Dick. She attended Mendon Schools and later received her GED from Centreville High School. Faye was an active and dedicated member of her church. She was a 4-H Leader and volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She was a prolific sewer, making clothes for family and friends, and for craft projects.
Faye was married to Rolland “Ron” Bohm on June 23, 1963 in Centreville. He survives along with four children, Anthony (Deborah) Bohm of Sturgis, Kelly (Bill) Kindt of Holland, Amy (Lawrence) Aiello of Portage, and Jon (Linda) Bohm of Conover, NC; nine grandchildren, Makenna (Blake) Henderson, Charles Bohm, Gregory (Vikki) Kindt, Kristopher and Noah Kindt, Alyssa, Marissa, and Michael Aiello, and Cayleigh Bohm; one great-grandchild, Branch Henderson. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Clifford Dick; and a sister, Joan Stiteler.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017 at the New Beginnings Church, 63022 M-66, Sturgis, MI 49091. Memorial services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the church with Pastor Randy Evans officiating, followed by food and fellowship. A private interment of cremains will take place later. It is suggested that memorial donations be directed to the New Beginnings Improvement Fund. Flowers may be delivered on Friday to the Eickhoff Funeral Home in Mendon.
