Blanche McKee, 89

Blanche McKee, age 89, of Mendon, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018.
She was born March 23, 1928 in Newberg Township, MI, the daughter of Charles John and Hazel Mildred (Wahl) Hartman.  On October 12, 1945 in Marcellus, she married Rolland E. McKee who preceded her in death.
She loved her little dogs, her chickens and gardening, especially her flower gardens.  She was a faithful member of the Newberg Norton Bible Church.
Surviving is one daughter, Kathleen Barter of Mendon; one son, Ardean McKee of Three Rivers; eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great children; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by six brothers, Clayton, William, Denyle “Jim”, Charlie, Stanley and Roy Hartman; one sister, Mildred Manning and one son, Roldo McKee.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the Mater-Ralston Funeral Home, Marcellus, with graveside services at Marcellus Cemetery immediately following.
