Fannie J. (Bontrager) Yoder, born May 18, 1931, age 86 years and 9 months, of Centreville, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018, at the home residence.
Fannie was born in Sikeston, Mo., a daughter of the late John M. and Elizabeth (Mullet) Bontrager.
Fannie lived in the Centreville community most of her life and was a member of Old Order Amish Church.
She is survived by two sons, Neal (Emma) Yoder of Centreville and Joseph (Carolyn) Yoder of Topeka, Ind.; four daughters, Violet (Timothy) Hochstedler of Colon, Delilah (Amos) Hochstetler Jr. of Centreville, Irma (Owen) Hochstetler of Colon and Susanna (Richard) Hochstetler of Centreville; a son-in-law, Amos (Polly) Miller of Centreville; 28 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; a brother, Henry (Beverly) Bontrager of Sturgis; and two sisters-in-law, Lydia and Marie Bontrager both of Colon.
She was preceded in death by Husband, Willis D. Yoder, daughter, Elizabeth Miller, son, Daniel Yoder, parents, 10 brothers, Benedict, Manasses, Levi, William, Alvin, John, Ezra, Enos, Neal and Martin, sister Miriam (Vern) Yoder.
Visitations will be after 2 p.m. Sunday and all day Monday at the Amos Hochstetler Jr. residence, 27152 Wasepi Road, Centreville. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb.27, 2018, at the Hochstetler residence, with home ministers officiating. Burial will follow in Old Order Amish Cemetery, Centreville. The family was assisted by Schipper Funeral Home in Colon.
