Joy Genise Weber, age 48, of Constantine, died Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Elkhart General Hospital, following a short illness.
She was born April 25, 1969, in Blue Island, Ill., a daughter of John and Rowe (LaScala) Sigler.
She was a resident of Constantine for the past five years, coming from White Pigeon. She was a homemaker, volunteer for White Pigeon schools and member and president of the White Pigeon Community Association. She enjoyed antique shopping and hunting for bargains, watching football and, most of all, time with her family and watching her sons in wrestling.
On June 5, 2004, she married Edward L. Weber in Angola. He survives, along with her son, Avery Weber; stepsons Mitchell and Nathaniel Weber; parents John and Rowe Sigler; brother Jonathan (Amy) Sigler; and four nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Ethan Zammit.
Relatives and friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 17, at Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon where services will be at 3 p.m. Pastor Barry Edds of White Pigeon Church of Christ will officiate.
Memorials may be directed to the White Pigeon High School wrestling program.
