Registration is open for the 2018 Triple Creek Color Dash 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk.
The annual event, in collaboration with the 62nd annual Three Rivers Water Festival, takes place at 9 a.m. June 16.
This year’s race will feature a new route, and will start and finish at Scidmore Park.
Participants are encouraged to take their time going through the color stations and urged to watch for some of the additional activities, including a post-race color-throw extravaganza, as well as complimentary massages.
Event chair Bonnie Broadhurst said proceeds from this year’s race will go toward the Three Rivers Health Cardiac Rehab Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship Fund’s goal is to provide the program to members of the community who would not otherwise be able to afford to participate.
