Marvin Miller, 71

Marvin D. Miller, age 71, of Centreville, died Sunday April 22, 2018, at his home.
Marvin was born July 23, 1946, in Sturgis, a son to the late David P. and Barbara (Bontrager) Miller.
On Oct. 24, 1974, he married Clara Borkholder.
Marvin had farmed and owned and operated Green Valley Harness and Welding in Centreville. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
He is survived by his wife Clara Miller of Centreville; children; Rosetta Miller of Sturgis, Esther Miller of Centreville, Elva (Ruth Ann Yoder) Miller of Centreville, Albert Miller of Centreville, Arlene (Kenneth) Miller of Centreville, Linda (Timothy) Bontrager of Mendon, Ruthann (Neal) Borkholder of Burr Oak, Marvin Lee (Ellen Hochstetler) Miller of Centreville, Vernon Miller of Sturgis, Barbara Kay Miller of Centreville and Edward Eugene Miller of Centreville; 30 grandchildren; two brothers; Freeman (Ruby Herschberger) Miller and Joseph (Mary Bontrager) Miller both of Centreville; six sisters; Rosa (Simon) Miller of Nappanee, Ind., Esther Bontrager of Mendon, Freda Bontrager of Centreville Anna Lea (Glen) Miller of Bloomington, Wis., Ona Sue (Harvey) Shetler of Sturgis and Leora (Delbert) Helmuth of Nappanee, Ind.; sister-in-law, Anna (Borkholder) Miller of Burr Oak; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; step father; one brother; 5 sisters; and 3 brothers-in-laws.
The family will receive relatives and friends after 2 p.m. Monday and all day Tuesday at the Community Youth Center, 59321 Nottawa Road, Centreville. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at the Community Youth Center with Bishop Vernon Hochstetler and home ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Order Amish Cemetery, Centreville. The family was assisted by the Schipper Funeral Home LTD. in Colon.
