Three Rivers Police Department K9 Jake helped locate a discarded electronic tether that was damaged and taken off a suspect. The TRPD said Jake helped locate the device on Strobel Road, near Cenreville-Constantine Road on Tuesday afternoon.
It took Jake approximately 15 minutes to find the device. Authorities said the tether was obviously cut and thrown into the tall soybean field to avoid detection. The suspect’s name is being withheld at this time, but authorities are investigated them for numerous felonies.
