An investigation is ongoing into the cause of a barn fire early Monday in Constantine Township.
According to Central Dispatch, a call reporting the blaze was fielded just after 4 a.m. Monday regarding a structure fire in the 63000 block of U.S. 131.
A limited amount of information is available but it has been reported that departments from 10 agencies responded to the blaze, which destroyed the 20,000-square-foot barn.
No animals were in the barn at the time of the incident and there were no injuries to firefighters.
Heat from the blaze, however, caused some damage to an adjacent residence and a smaller barn, authorities said.
