One person was arrested as a result of a shooting incident in Vandalia last Friday. The Cass County sheriff’s office said a handful of people began arguing and two people shot at each other.
No one was injured in the incident, but there was some property damage. One person was arrested after the incident, the other suspect fled the scene and is being sought be police.
He is not a danger to the general public, but police are looking for him. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact the Cass County sheriff’s department at (269) 445-1560.
