Helen Doyle, 95

Helen Louise Doyle, nee Ward, age 95, of Naperville, Ill., formerly of Sturgis and Chicago, passed away peacefully, Monday, Aug. 27, 2018, at Edward Hospital of Naperville.
She was born April 17, 1923, in Chicago, to her loving late parents, John and Matilda Ward.
Survived by her cherished husband, William T. Doyle, wedded May 19, 1945; beloved mother of William (Janet) Doyle, Sharon (John) Cerovski, Larry (Jane) Doyle, Denise (Peter) Illing, Joan (Bill) Foley, Tim (Megan) Doyle, and Colleen (Kevin) Lenhard; adored grandmother of Jennifer, Heather, Jeremy, Michael, Christopher, Kelli, Bridget, Maura, Glenna, Brendan, Connor, Timothy, Patrick, Ryan, Caitlyn, Brendan, Maureen and Jack; loving great-grandmother of Jaxon, Malea, Ayla and Atigun; dear aunt of many. She was preceded in death by her nine older siblings.
Helen will be deeply missed. She easily made friends with everyone she met. Helen was an avid golfer, bridge player, volunteer and gardener.

Memorial visitation will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 1500 Brookdale Road, Naperville, Ill., 60563. Memorial Mass to follow at 11 a.m. at church. Interment is private through the Anatomical Gift Association.
