A noise complaint early Sunday led to the arrest of four people in Sturgis.
Officers responded at 2 a.m. to the 200 block of Susan Avenue in response to a complaint of a loud congregation of people outside a residence.
Several people fled on foot as officers arrived. Two people, an 18-year-old Sturgis man and a 20-year-old woman from Howe, were charged with minor in possession of alcohol.
In addition, an 18-year-old Sturgis woman and a 20-year-old man from Wolcottville, Ind., were charged with minor in possession and resisting/obstructing arrest.
