One injured in Florence Township crash

Alcohol and distracted driving are being identified as potential factors in a two-vehicle accident last week in Florence Township.

Sheriff’s officials said the incident occurred at 6:30 p.m. Saturday on Constantine Road, near Dickinson Road.

Details of the incident were not included in a department media release, but the parties involved were 27-year-old Harley Trine of Three Rivers and 73-year-old Dennis Burton of Three Rivers.

Trine declined medical treatment; Burton was treated at Bronson Methodist Hospital, according to deputies.
