Three people were nominated Tuesday to the St. Joseph County Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services of St. Joseph County Board.
County commissioners agreed to appoint Sturgis-area residents Christel Schwartz and Jessica Vazquez, and Centreville resident and board chairman Dennis Allen to the CMH board.
In other action Tuesday, commissioners approved a $5,000 budget amendment for repair of doors at the county jail, as the contractor was not able to complete a 2018 project until this year.
