Traffic stop leads to arrest

An Indiana man was arrested last weekend after he was observed speeding on U.S. 131 in Park Township.

Troopers stopped a 2015 Audi A4 at 6:35 p.m. Sunday after it was observed traveling 74 miles per hour in a 55 miles-per-hour zone. It was stopped near the intersection of M-216.

The driver, a 49-year-old man from Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor possession of a firearm while intoxicated and was cited for a CCW permit violation, according to authorities.
