MDOT updates US 131 project

Here’s the weekly update from Michigan Department of Transportation regarding the reconstruction of U.S. 131 in Three Rivers.

Stage 2 traffic pattern remains in place, as two-way traffic uses the southbound U.S. 131 lane for the balance of the construction zone.

Meanwhile, work at the Rocky River bridge continues. Crews are focusing their attention this week on an area under the bridge, just north of Hoffman Street.

Also, underground pipe and road building continues in the area of William R. Monroe Boulevard area at the south end of the project.
