Patricia Tront, 70

Patricia Fay Tront, age 70, of Three Rivers, died Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Ascension Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo following a long illness. She was born in Edmore, MI on Aug. 9, 1948 the daughter of Milton and Mary Nell (Hopkins) Fountain. She graduated from Riverview Community High School in Riverview, MI. Patricia was married to Ralph J. Tront on July 6, 1967 in Rockwood, MI. Patricia worked as a rural mail carrier, for D&W Foods, and for the past 20 years as a cashier for Meijer. She enjoyed activities centered around her family including their annual trip to Frankenmuth. She enjoyed travel, reading, and time with her grandchildren.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Ralph Tront of Three Rivers; two children, Joe (Melissa) Tront of Mottville and Susan (Tom) Goble of Mendon; three grandchildren, Kristen, Jacob, and Emily; a brother, Martin “Butch” (Diane) Fountain of New Boston; and by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Gary Fountain; sister, Wanda Barton; niece, Theresa Dykes; and brother in law, Stan Barton.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has been conducted. A private family memorial service will be held later.
