A Burr Oak woman, wanted on an undisclosed warrant, was arrested earlier this week in Sturgis.
According to a Sturgis Police Department media release, officers were called at 12:41 a.m. Thursday to the 600 block of South Centerville Road in response to a report of malicious destruction of property.
During the course of their investigation, officers came into contact with the 26-year-old woman and, in addition to her warrant, she was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
