Gas cans stolen in Burr Oak

The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department is reporting that a number of five-gallon gas cans were stolen from a Burr Oak Township location last week.

Sheriff’s officials said the incident took place Sept. 2 in the 65000 block of Burr Oak Road.

Investigators said the suspect broke into a building and stole five, 5-gallon cans filled with gas.
