Woman injured in Florence Township crash

A Centreville woman was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident earlier this week in Florence Township.

Sheriff’s deputies said the incident occurred at 7:44 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Centreville-Constantine Road and Roys Road.

An investigation found that Centreville resident Heather Teadt was traveling in an unknown direction on Roys Road when she failed to stop at the intersection and her vehicle was struck by a southbound semi driven by Mose Troyer of Mendon.

Teadt was taken to Bronson Methodist Hospital; Troyer was not injured, according to authorities.
