Two people were arrested on drug-related offenses in Sturgis this week.
According to a Sturgis Police Department media release, officers responded around 8 a.m. Tuesday to what was reported as a suspicious situation in the 1200 block of East Chicago Road.
During their investigation, officers discovered methamphetamine and a large amount of marijuana. In addition, both subjects involved had valid arrest warrants.
Officers said the two subjects were taken into custody without incident.
