Gordon Cedric Adair, age 53, of Three Rivers, passed away after a lengthy illness on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Borgess Medical Center. He was born on March 13, 1966 in Chicago, the son of Thaddeus L. and Arabelle (Williams) Adair.
He was employed for fourteen years at American Axle and most currently at Precision Wire for the last two years. He was very active as a youth pastor at New Jerusalem Baptist Church of Three Rivers and later founded House of Prayer Church where he ministered to many people.
He was preceded in passing by his mother, and one brother.
Gordon leaves to cherish his memory wife of twenty five years, June Adair of Three Rivers; daughters, Junise Arnold and Jennifer Cole; sons, Brian Arnold, William Arnold, Alwyn Arnold, and Jonathan Adair; grandchildren, Kierra, Alicia, Aaliyah, Makhi, Mitch, Nathan, Schayne, William, Anayshia, Nayshawn, Mason, Alwyn, Ne’Ajah, Q’Nia, Aaliyah, Aaron, Alexis, Kamren, Serenity, and Gabryal.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral services beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Bethel Baptist Church, 17852 S. River Rd, Three Rivers, with Pastor Tony Bennett officiating.
Interment will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Three Rivers.
