Deborah Stuckey, 65

Deborah “Olive” Sue (Ashbrook) Stuckey, age 65, passed away in the early morning hours on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in Kalamazoo. She was born on March 30, 1954 in Marysville, CA the daughter of Robert and Wendillin (Barker) Ashbrook.

She was an artist and loved doing crafts. She enjoyed owning and operating Sunset Pines with her husband Dick. All through her affliction she remained very strong willed and an inspiration to many.

She is preceded in her passing by her husband: Stuart Dick Stuckey; parents; and brothers: Donald and Dean Ashbrook.

Left to cherish her loving memory are her siblings: Denise (Carl) Fry and Dennis (Stacy) Ashbrook; aunts and uncles: Lonn (Pat) Ashbrook and Bud (Margie) Ashbrook; brothers in-law: Steve (Jan) Stuckey and Charlie (Theresa) Stuckey; many cousins; several nieces and nephews who provided her great joy in their youth.

In accordance with Deborah’s wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at Hohner Funeral Home on Friday, January 17, 2020 with a visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. until time of memorial at 11:00 a.m.
