Focus groups will help steer TR master plan

The city of Three Rivers is in the process of creating a master plan to help steer it into a vibrant, thriving and sustainable future.

Strides toward those goals will culminate with a five-session focus group Jan. 20 at city hall.

The sessions will take place during 45-minute slots. They are as follows:

Noon to 12:45, focus group on downtown development and city growth; 1 to 1:45, focus group on housing and neighborhoods; 2 to 2:45, focus group on recreation and river access; 3 to 3:45, focus group on local aesthetics and beautification; and 4 to 4:45, focus group on transportation and connectivity.

Anyone unable to attend will have an opportunity in coming weeks through an online site, located at WeAreTR2040.com.
