White Pigeon Township Library is closed indefinitely.
Library director Perri Saunders said the measure went into effect Saturday.
However, curbside service will be available to patrons during regular library hours, which are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
Saunders suggested that patrons should call the library, at 483-7409, before they visit curbside service. Staff will take returns and deliver library items curbside.
Patrons are encouraged to use the free Libby app offered by the library to download ebooks and audiobooks. They may call the library for more information on how to get started on the app.
Saunders said to watch the library’s Facebook page or website to learn of any changes in dates or services.
