Constantine begins superintendent interviews

Constantine Public Schools is ready to begin its interviews for superintendent candidates.

Interim Superintendent John Jarpe said the six prospective superintendents were chosen from a pool of about 20 applicants.

First-round interviews will be done via teleconference.

Candidates being interviewed today are Scott Bojanich at 5 o’clock. He is director of instruction for Rockingham County Public Schools in Virginia; James Wisely at 6:30. Wisely is Constantine Middle School principal; and Jeff Terpening at 8 p.m. He is superintendent of Capac Community Schools.

Candidates interviewing Thursday are Griff Mills at 5. He is Tecumseh High School principal; Christopher Turner at 6:30 p.m. Turner is director of technology at Brighton Area Schools; and at 8 o’clock, Rohn Peterson, retired superintendent from the Roanoke-Benson school district in Illinois.
