Patricia Ann Estes, age 75, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020 at Bickford of Battle Creek Assisted Living. She was born in Ypsilanti on January 19, 1945 the daughter of Emmery L. and Sarah B. (Edwards) Snyder.
She graduated from Mendon High School in 1963 and earned her Associates Degree from Glen Oaks Community College.
Pat loved to read, travel all around the United States, and enjoyed puzzles. She was married to Ronald Higgins and a second marriage to William Estes.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Leon Leroy Snyder.
She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda (Mark) Dechnik; sons, John Higgins and Eric Higgins; sisters, Nancy (Quinton) Daniel and Goldie McClain; brothers, James Snyder and Charles (Norma) Snyder; many nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes cremation will be conducted and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be directed to The Alzheimer’s Association. Envelopes available and may be sent to Hohner Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
