Break-in in Mendon

Sheriff’s deputies responded last week to a breaking-and-entering incident in Mendon Township.

Investigators said deputies were called Tuesday to the 22000 Block of M-60. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a building had been broken into and several items were stolen. The victim told authorities items stolen include two bicycles, a snowmobile trailer, and five lime-green, 10-foot Sun Dolphin kayaks.

The bicycle is a 26-inch Granite Peak mountain bike. It is black with lime-green accents. The other bicycle was described as cream colored, beach-cruiser style with mint-green accents and a wide, tan seat.
