Four people were arrested on drug-related offenses last week in White Pigeon Township.
Sheriff Mark Lillywhite said deputies were called Wednesday to a residence in the 68000 block of Edgewater Beach Road. A citizen’s tip reported suspected narcotics activity taking place at the residence.
Deputies arrived and observed subjects allegedly using narcotics. The residence was secured and deputies subsequently obtained a search warrant.
The suspects – from White Pigeon, Angola and two from Sturgis – ranged in age from 48 to 55 years. Charges will be requested for possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug house and frequenting a drug house.
Three of the four subjects were females.
