The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency and Revolution Health PC of Sturgis are notifying anyone who sought care at RHP June 19 to monitor for symptoms of COVID-19.
One staff member at RHP has tested positive for the virus.
Patients who had close contact with a staff member at RHP June 19 and either the patient or staff member were not wearing a mask are further asked to self-quarantine for 14 days.
Patients seen by the ill provider have been contacted by the practice and instructed to quarantine for two weeks.
