Park Elementary closing due to COVID-19 cases

Three Rivers Community School Superintendent Ron Moag said the district was notified by the Branch-Hillsdale-St Joseph Community Health Agency that two students at Park Elementary have tested positive for COVID-19.

Through the contact-tracing process, along with the case reported at the start of the week, the district has identified a significant number of staff and students required to quarantine.

As a result, Park Elementary has closed immediately and will not re-open until Oct. 19.

At this time, all other Three Rivers Community School buildings remain open.

Park Elementary students and staff will engage in remote learning starting today and continue through next week.

Park Elementary will provide additional information to its parents/guardians as it relates to remote learning.
