An annual tradition overseen by Michigan State Police White Pigeon Detachment returns next month.
The 12th “Stuff A Blue Goose” Christmas food and toy drive will take place locally in Three Rivers and Sturgis.
It will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Three Rivers and Sturgis Walmart stores, where troopers will collect non-perishable food items and new toys for families in need.
Volunteers from the Salvation Army will help by distributing food and toys to families in St. Joseph County.
