White Pigeon library moves to curbside service

Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in the community, White Pigeon Township Library has announced it is moving back to Phase 2 of its re-opening plan.

The measure took effect last week and remains in place indefinitely.

During Phase 2, the library will offer curbside service, including check-outs and returns, faxes, scans and copies, from patrons’ cars or the service table near the library entrance.

For now, patrons will not be permitted into the building.

Director Perri Saunders said the decision was made to ensure the safest situation possible for patrons and library staff while providing the best service possible.
