Antonio Lozada-Escamilla, 64

Antonio Lozada-Escamilla, age 64, of Bronson, passed away Friday afternoon, December 4, 2020 at Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo.
He was born September 23, 1956 in Guanajuato, Guanajuato, Mexico son of the late Nicolas Lozada and Amelia Escamilla.
Antonio resided in Bronson since 1988 coming from Mexico.
On July 4, 1981 he married Maria Ofelia Jimenez in Mexico.
He was a truck driver by trade and had worked for Mayer Glad Farms in Bronson for many years. He also worked for Miller Poultry and was currently driving for TS Transit in Coldwater.
He was a member of St. Mary Assumption Catholic Church in Bronson.
Antonio is survived by his wife; three daughters; three sons; nine grandchildren; four brothers; six sisters and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter and one sister.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sturgis where the funeral Mass celebrating the life of Antonio Lozada-Escamilla will begin at 12:00 P.M. Thursday. A graveside committal will follow the Mass at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Bronson.
The Hackman Family Funeral Homes of Sturgis is entrusted with the arrangements.
