Marty Baker, age 62, of Marcellus, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at Borgess Hospital.
Marty was born in Three Rivers on February 9, 1958, the son of Robert Franklin Baker and Dixie Mae (Kiel) Baker.
Marty was in the U.S. Army, and then later worked for many years on motor homes as a painter. Marty loved spending his time fishing and hunting, but always enjoyed spending his indoor season bowling with friends.
Marty is survived by his brothers, Jim (Lisa) Baker of Marcellus, Randy (Angie) Baker of Marcellus, and Benton (Mary) Baker of Three Rivers; sister Becky (John Koole) White of Marcellus; and many nieces and nephews.
Marty was preceded in death by his parents, Robert (Dixie) Baker.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be directed to the Mater-Ralston Funeral Home to help offset memorial costs. Online condolences may be left at www.materralstonfuneralhome.com.
