Constantine accepts marijuana permit applications

Members of the Constantine Village Council have accepted applications for an adult-use marijuana permit from two provisioning centers in the community.

The Dude Abides and Constantine Wellness Center both already have licenses for medical marijuana. The recreational permit is available to businesses with a medical-marijuana permit from the village. There is a $5,000 initial/renewal fee for both the medical and recreational marijuana permit.

The council in September 2022 will again accept applications from other parties interested in selling adult-use marijuana.
