Charles Odell Crawford, age 83, of Three Rivers went to be with his Lord on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at home surrounded by his family following a courageous battle with a lengthy illness. He was born on August 31, 1937 in Casa, Arkansas, the son of Percy and Gola (Tanner) Crawford.
He worked in the paper box manufacturing industry as a Production Manager in Kalamazoo and a Plant Manager in Alabama.
On August 15, 1998 he was united in marriage to Mary (Ash) Hack until she went to be with her Lord on July 6, 2013.
He loved gardening and watching Detroit Tigers Baseball. He never wanted for much but wanted much for everyone.
Remaining to cherish his memory are his son, Charles Edward Crawford (Missouri); daughters, Debra Burton and Sheri (Matthew) Shingledecker (both of Marcellus); five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; brother, Bill; sisters, Dorothy, Gail, Modena and Alice.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; mother and father; brothers, Bob and Earl; sisters, Anna Jo, Johnny Pauline, Marge.
Per Charles’ request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
