Carolyn Crowch, 72

Carolyn M. Crowch, age 72, of Sturgis, passed away Thursday evening, July 15, 2021 at Sturgis Hospital.
She was born February 19, 1949 in Adrian, daughter of the late Arthur and Kitten (O’Flynn) Muck.
Carolyn’s early life was spent in Sturgis. She returned to Sturgis in July of 2020 from North Carolina and had also lived in England for seven years.
On May 7, 2005 she married Martin Crowch in Fleet Hampshire, England. He preceded her in death.
Carolyn was employed as a waitress for many years working at several area restaurants including DaVinci’s Italian Restaurant and the Lakeside Loft, both in Sturgis.
She had a passion for flower gardening.
Carolyn is survived by her two daughters: Bridgett Bearden and Misty Sanderson both of Sturgis; granddaughter: Ashley Gerkin of Sturgis; great grandchildren: Kayden Mahler and Tucker Sizemore; three sisters: Debbie, Becky and Sharon; brothers: Chuck and Ed and several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial graveside service and burial of the ashes will take place at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis at a later date.
The Hackman Family Funeral Homes of Sturgis is entrusted with the arrangements.
