Diana Gragg, 82

Diana Marie Gragg, age 82, of Sturgis, passed away Monday evening July 5, 2021 at her home.
She was born February 7, 1939 in in a small farm house in Ovid, Michigan daughter of the late William L. and Melvina (Pierce) Wilson.
Diana resided in Sturgis since 1966 coming from Branch County, Michigan.
On October 1, 1976 she married Donald Gragg.
Diana retired from the State of Michigan Department of Social Services following 18 years of dedicated employment. She also had worked at Freeman Manufacturing in Sturgis.
For many years she participated in league bowling at the Sturgis Bowl where she was an inductee into the Sturgis Bowl Hall of Fame.
She enjoyed crossword puzzles and loved going to the casinos especially Fire Keepers Casino and playing scratch off lottery tickets. She also had a special place in her heart for her grand dog Monkey, Dan’s beagle.
She is survived by her loving and dedicated husband of 44 years: Donald; one daughter: LuAnn Scott of Sturgis; two sons: Timothy (Marie) Swihart of Southgate and Steven Swihart of Sturgis; step-daughter: Tona Molebash of Bremen, Indiana; two grandsons: Daniel Scott of Sturgis and Jonathan (Christy) Scott of White Pigeon; three great grandchildren: Lexzi, Braxton and Alizah; two step-grandchildren: Brock and Kayla and several step-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son: Jeffrey A. Swihart, three sisters and two brothers.
In accordance with her wishes visitation and graveside services and burial at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis are private. Chaplain Rodger Moyer of Thurston Woods Village in Sturgis will officiate.
The Hackman Family Funeral Homes of Sturgis is entrusted with the arrangements.
