It has a new venue and is taking place at a different time of year, but Community Action is hosting its 36th Walk For Warmth this weekend.
Typically staged in February, Walk For Warmth will instead take place starting at noon Saturday from the gazebo at the St. Joseph County Courthouse.
The walk is a fundraiser for what was previously known as Community Action Agency. Proceeds allow it to assist county residents with help meeting their heating bills during winter months.
