A “missing persons” report has been filed regarding a man with ties to Branch County.
Michigan State Police troopers said Scott Randall Frasier, 32, has not been seen since late August.
Frasier is 6-foot-2 and weighs about 160 pounds. Authorities said he has blond hair, blue eyes, several tattoos and answers to “Scotty.”
Investigators said Frasier is possibly staying in the Auburn Hills /greater Detroit area, but also has family ties to the Coldwater area.
