Victor Raul, 78

Victor A Raul, 78, of White Pigeon, died on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at his home following an extended illness.

He was born on June 23, 1943 in Chicago, the Son of Frank and Mary (Strum) Raul.

Resident of White Pigeon several years coming from Midland. White Pigeon High School and College Graduate.

He was employed as a Chemist in Research and Development for Dow Corning in Midland 1991 to 2009 and for Miles Lab, Bayer in Elkhart for 25 years. He held 19 patents in chemistry. Member of the Sunrise Baptist Church in Midland and The United Methodist Church of Shipshewana. Midland USTA Association, Traveling Tennis League State Champion. Little League Coach, Volunteer for the Saginaw Juvenile Detention Center and The LaGrange County Jail. Member of The White Pigeon Fire Board and President of the Lake Wahbameme Lake Association.

Married to Margaret R Tavernier on February 6, 1966 in White Pigeon. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Son Eric D Raul and his Brother Robert Raul.

Graveside Services and Burial on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Mottville Township Cemetery in Mottville, with the Rev. Billy Strawter of the Sunrise Baptist Church officiating. Donations to The White Pigeon Fire Department.
