Glen Oaks’ Athletics Department has announced the school is adding men’s and women’s cross country.
It will compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division II level and participate in the NJCAA Region 12, as well as the Michigan Community College Athletic Association.
Peter Livingstone-McNelis has been hired to spearhead the program. He previously coached women’s track and field as a grad student at the University of California-Berkeley.
In addition, he served as the head coach for Kalamazoo College for seven years.
