The 38-year-old driver was charged with possession of methamphetamine and a number of felony firearms violations.
When you want to pull someone over “pretext stops” are a cop’s best friend. I’d love to know what percentage of TRPD stops are equipment violations. I watched it happen over and over at the same spot. I’m guessing over 50%. Anyone have actual numbers?
