Angela Christine Frieben (Brockway) passed away at her home in Three Rivers on Monday, March 21, 2022 at the age of 47.
Angela (Angie or “Gie” as she was known to her friends and family), loved nothing more than her family. She married her sweetheart, Kerry, soon after graduating high school and during their 29 years of marriage raised two children, Savannah (Savvy) and Zachary.
Angie was a gentle, kind and generous person. Her heart was filled with love, she was affectionate and nurturing. She could always be relied upon to help anyone in need, whether it was preparing meals or helping with house chores. She was also quick-witted, had a fun-loving goofy side and loved to laugh.
Angie had a passion for reading from the time she was very young and excelled in school, graduating with honors among the top in her class. Her dedication to her studies carried over into her adult life and in her service as a Jehovah’s Witness. She was a member of the Three Rivers Congregation where she had many loving friends who enjoyed her calm and personable nature.
Angie adored nature and spent countless hours birding with her family and circle of friends. She also enjoyed road trips, walking/hiking, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and adored her pet cats.
Angie is survived by her husband Kerry, daughter Savannah (Savvy), son Zachary, parents Steve Brockway and Cindy and Terry Houser, her siblings Keven, Alanna, Cale and Carrie, nieces Cheyenne, Rhiannon, Brittany, Alyssa and nephew Gavin, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other loved ones.
In keeping with family wishes, cremation has been conducted. There will be a Zoom memorial service held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 1pm with Elder Richard Black officiating.
Zoom Meeting ID: 814 4097 5890. Zoom Passcode: 145029. It is suggested that donations in memory of Angela be made to Kerry Frieben. Memories and condolences may be expressed to the family at efhchapel.com
