Frost laws lifted

Frost laws on St. Joseph County roads were lifted effective Monday this week.

The county’s road commission placed seasonal weight restrictions on most county roads back in late February.

The limits were for pothole prevention, officials said, noting heavy trucks could not use restricted roads without a permit from the county road commission.
